Operating Principle

The InterAtletika Extra ST034-B multistation features two levers on both sides, rotating 180 degrees and adjustable in 10 different positions. The cable block system transfers weight to the muscles via a system of cables and pulleys with weight stacks following a specific trajectory. The weight block serves as resistance and includes a total weight of 100 kg, divided into 20 plates weighing 5 kg each.
